Birthday Mania

So, Matthew, Molly and I all have birthdays really close together. Matthew and Molly's birthdays are only 5 days apart. I feel like my head is crammed with invitations, rsvps, decorations, food planning, balloon ordering, birthday list mania. I love it, but it's busy! So, I'm neglecting the blog, cleaning, laundry, etc.
I had a FABULOUSO trip to Chicago this weekend to see my BFF, Lucy. She had an amazing baby shower and we stayed up late talking and laughing. I got to spend some much-needed time with her and it was great. She's one of those friends that you can go a long time without seeing, and then when you see each other, it's as if no time has passed. And I love her husband, mom and aunt, so we had so much fun!
I'm off to work on Miss Molly's Minnie Mouse invitations. They are very cute and I probably need to blog a picture of them. Of course, when Mike saw them, he said "You should sell these." So funny.
By the way--he did something so hilarious (embarrassing) today. Especially if you know him. When he told me, I almost had to pull the car over because I was laughing so hard. When I could finally take a breath from laughing, the first thing he said was "And DO NOT blog this!" So, I'm honoring him (sort of??) and not blogging specifics. But let me just say, I have not laughed that hard in a LONG time.

4 people had nice things to say:

OH come on! Blog about Mike! He's so humble, he should let us all have a good laugh on his expense!

looking forward to the Minnie Mouse invite!

If you can't laugh at the expense of your Man, who can you laugh at! I love that you almost had to pull over. That alone is funny.

Got your certificate and the auction went well. I don't have the final number of what your session went for or with whom, but I will get that for you. I know there was some bidding wars and that was fabulous!

Thanks sooooo much.
