Oh Me Oh My, Lasagna Pie . . . I mean Soup

OK. Last week when I was sitting in the doctor's office with Matthew, I was reading some magazine that had a recipe for Lasagna soup. My kids are really liking soup right now. I just finished making it, and I think I'm going to have to take a picture and blog the recipe. It's that good. I don't think I've ever blogged a recipe, but this is definitely blog worthy!
