Goals

So after reading this post from Peachy Keen, I have decided to join her. First of all, this is one reason I love blogging--somehow we've found each other's blogs, and started commenting. And I like her--like I think we would be friends in real life if we knew each other, you know? And I guess I have to confess that I actually bought Jillian's The Shred dvd several months ago after reading about it on a couple of other blogs. I just, well, haven't actually opened it yet.
So, I'm putting this in writing for everyone to see.
Goal: lose 10 pounds by Feb. 27th (I guess I had better get with it!)
Goal: Do The Shred for 30 days (with the exception of my girls' weekend Feb 4-7)
So I'll keep you posted. Tomorrow is Day 1.

Yea!!! I'm glad I could give you that push you need. (I got my push from another blogger as well. haha!) And I, too, really enjoy your blog. I am really enjoying my trip into finding blogger friends and have also thought, "We could TOTALLY be friends in real life. :) Funny how intimately you can get to know someone you've never met, huh? :)

Oh girl...don't feel bad! I've had The Shred for over 6 months and it's still in the plastic wrap! Maybe I'll start up too! Strength in numbers baby!

Just to warn you both, it BURNS, but in the silver lining area, I felt like I had made some real progress on day 1. Even my FEET ache it worked me so hard. :) haha!

I got both Shred and EA Active for Xmas and have opened neither! I planned to get started this past week but got sick. Monday though. Monday is the day. Although I must say your Jillian Michaels post has now scared the shit out of me. Thanks for that.
