The big day finally arrived and the guests each received their own Kung Zhu pet to play with at the party and then take home.
Because I am so smart, I assembled the "track" prior to the party so that I was a pro when it came to the actual party day. The assembly was a little tricky at first, but I quickly got the hang of it and it went well after that. Each child also received "battle armor" for their pet so that everyone could have a battle with each other (is this perfect for boys, or what)? Well, it turns out that the girls were totally into it, as well!
The party was a total hit! I had even wondered if the toys would hold their attention for the entirety of the party, but I shouldn't have given it a thought! The kids were completely entertained the whole time and I've even gotten comments from parents since the party telling me how much their children still love the Kung Zhu pets!
I would call this a very successful party! As Matthew says, we won first prize (with the Kung Zhu toys)!
